Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Vacancy Filled
"Lackawanna College President Ray Angeli, 62, was named to fill the seat on the seven-member board that opened when former member William Conaboy, a Scranton lawyer and businessman, resigned Friday.
"Mr. Angeli will retain his job as college president while taking the $145,000-a-year job as a gaming regulator, said Tess Candori, spokeswoman for Senate Democratic Leader Robert Mellow of Scranton.
