LEAGUE GAMES The League games will be a series of casino and internet based satellite poker tournaments where poker players will compete for a piece of the prize pool which will be determined by the number of entrants. The league games will be played throughout the US at selected Native American casinos where players can win thousands of dollars in cash and prizes. The winners of each league tournament will advance to the 2006 Season Playoffs where they will compete against the athletes, poker players, celebrities and fans.
PLAYOFFS Here, the top players of the League Games and those who choose to buy-in at a higher amount to skip the League Games will compete for a ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLAR prize pool and will get pampered during a fun-filled weekend. The winner of the tournament will get an all-expenses-paid trip to the "Go Big or Go Home Poker Party" Tournament Finals where they can walk away with a number of prizes - cars, boats, vacations, and cold hard cash to the tune of $3,000,000! ($2,500,000 main event and $500,000 second chance game. Sliding prize pool based on 300 paying participants)
THE FINALS!!! The Finals can be summed up in five little words, GO BIG or GO HOME!!! This larger-than-life televised championship will be hosted at the beautiful Sun Village Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic over a four day period. This all-inclusive poker party vacation includes tons of additional prizes, entertainment, complimentary guest services and much more. The tournament winners representing the top ten percent of players will split a $2,500,000 prize pool (sliding prize pool based on 300 participants).
SECOND CHANCE ALL-STAR GAME But even if you get knocked out early and end up on the bench, there's still a chance to walk with a ton of cash and more prizes. The "Go Big or Go Home Poker Party" features an additional Second Chance All-Star Game with a prize pool of $500,000 - Winner takes all! The top three finalists and several invited celebrity guests will automatically qualify for this high stakes game.
