A state gaming inspector has warned officials that there may be structural problems with the building of the Tropicana Casino and Resort. New Jersey Casino Control Commission inspector Lewis M. Springer Jr., filed a complaint this month with the U.S. Labor Department asserting that a column is bowing and part of a wall is bulging.
