Casino Game
COLUMBUS - Gov. Ted Strickland wants to expand the Ohio Lottery to include a Keno game, an idea resisted by Republican lawmakers and other opponents who have stopped casino-style gambling from coming to Ohio three times in the last 18 years. Strickland insists the state needs money raised from the game to help ease a budget shortfall.
BOSTON The governor's casino plan may be dead, but the Mashpee Wampanoag's plan is living, breathing and very much alive, experts say.
