Backers of proposed Clinton County casino have filed a lawsuit in Columbus against the owner of the Argosy Casino in Lawrenceburg, Ind., charged that an ad campaign financed by Penn National Gaming Inc. made false and defamatory statements against Issue 6 on Ohios upcoming election ballot.
ATLANTIC CITY - Arguing that it is an entirely new company, the former owner of Tropicana Casino and Resort filed papers Thursday asking New Jersey gaming regulators for control of the troubled property.
