CAESARS WINDSOR The lowdown: Casino Windsor became Caesars Windsor in 2008. The project added a 400-room hotel tower, a theater (the Colosseum) that seats 5,000 people and 100,000 square feet of convention space. The renovation of the existing hotel and the opening of Neros Steakhouse were finished in 2007.
The "VAR Marketing" blog, written by Will Gibney, had a great line in this entry, saying that Channel Marketing Development Funds (MDF) is "like playing with the house's money in a casino." I tend to agree with Will's assessment.
