ATLANTIC CITY - A group of lenders headed by billionaire financier Carl C. Icahn appears to have locked up ownership of Trop-icana Casino and Resort for $200 million after no other bids were received in the long-running search for a new buyer.
A Taiwanese man who lost about R16-million in Las Vegas claims that his luck turned after discovering that the casino made changes to its interior.
