MOBILE, Ala. (AP) -- Federal authorities say two men in South Carolina recruited homeless men to cash thousands of dollars in checks stolen from Alabama and Mississippi companies.
A federal judge ruled Friday that the case against cousins 31-year-old Born King and 27-year-old Fahiym Hussain Pearson be turned over to a grand jury.
