Casino Gaming
The nation's third largest casino company -- Penn National Gaming Inc. of Wyomissing, Pa. -- has already begun site work on the 36-acre parcel for a proposed new $75 million slots casino it hopes to open by late 2010.
The Fond du Lac Band has served notice to the City of Duluth it will stop cash payments instituted as part of the creation of the Fond du Luth casino.
