HIGH SPRINGS -- The local AARP chapter of High Springs will be sponsoring a trip to the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa on Thursday, Oct. 15. The cost for the trip is $30, which includes a $25 gambling voucher and a $5 food voucher that can be used toward the purchase of a meal.
DENVER (AP) Colorado gambling regulators are lowering their forecast for how much they expect casino-tax revenue to rise in the first year of higher betting limits, longer hours and new games.
