CHESTER, W.Va. -- MTR Gaming Group Inc. says a 12 percent revenue drop at Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort is partly to blame for a $3.3 million first-quarter loss. The 12 cents-per-share loss compares with a gain of $752,000, or 3 cents per shar.
